Refund Policy

White Dragon Press offers no-questions-asked returns on all products so long as we are notified in writing within the first 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact info@ryancahillauthor.com

A full refund will be provided, but return postage will be at the customer's expense. Original delivery costs are not refunded and if you have availed of Free Shipping, these Shipping Costs will be taken from the Return.​

International Orders (outside of Ireland)

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT) and processing fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments unless it says otherwise on a shipping rate.

White Dragon Press is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.
